Policies and Procedures
At Enve California Aesthetics, we greatly appreciate your loyalty and we strive to offer excellent services and customer support. Our policy and procedures help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently for all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Booking Requirement Policy:
Our medspa requires a credit card number on file in order to book an appointment. We do allow cancellations and rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment time at no cost. You will be subject to a cancellation fee after the 24-hour window or do not show up to your appointment.
No Show/Cancellation Fee:
You will be charged $50 if you cancel your appointment after our 24-Hour window or do not show up to your appointment without prior notice.
Split Syringe Fee :
If you choose to split your filler syringe(s) into two appointments, you are subject to a $75 fee on your second visit. You may only split your syringe once. We may only keep your remaining syringe for up to 3 months.
Care Credit :
You will be subject to a 10% Transaction Fee for using Care Credit.
Refund Policy:
At Enve California Aesthetics we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.
Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Enve California Aesthetics, unused service values can be applied to any other service (excluding injectables such as Botox and Fillers) at Enve California Aesthetics.
For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
All injectable treatment sales (such as but not limited to BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
