At Enve California Aesthetics, we greatly appreciate your loyalty and we strive to offer excellent services and customer support. Our policy and procedures help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently for all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment and ensure dedicated time with your provider, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposit Requirements:

A deposit must be collected before an appointment is confirmed:

• $50 for general appointments and consultations
• $75 for filler appointments
• Deposits for extended, specialty, or combination appointments may vary based on the treatment and appointment length.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled treatment.

Consultation Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to reserve a consultation.

If you complete your consultation and do not receive treatment that day, your $50 consultation deposit will be refunded following your appointment.

If you choose to receive treatment, your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to reserve any future appointment.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule in order to avoid disrupting appointments scheduled after yours.

If your treatment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to reschedule.

By scheduling an appointment with EnVe California Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the appointment deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late arrival policies outlined above.

Split Syringe Fee

If you choose to split your filler syringe(s) into two appointments, you are subject to a $100 fee on your second visit. You may only split your syringe once. We may only keep your remaining syringe for up to 3 months.

Cherry or Care Credit :

You will be subject to a 10% Transaction Fee for using Care Credit or Cherry Financing. 

Refund Policy:

At Enve California Aesthetics we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Enve California Aesthetics, unused service values can be applied to any other service (excluding injectables such as Botox and Fillers) at Enve California Aesthetics.

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final.

All injectable treatment sales (such as but not limited to BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
